The content of your message is transmitted securely and is not stored by this service after delivery.

Our internal email and business systems are protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and access controls.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain business correspondence (including enquiry emails) for up to six years, in line with standard commercial record-keeping requirements. If no business relationship results from your enquiry, we will delete your correspondence within twelve months.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.
  • Restriction — ask us to restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances.

  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

We do not use any advertising networks, social media pixels, or third-party analytics platforms.
